摘要
针对普光天然气净化厂酸水汽提净化水质合格率偏低的问题,采用了工艺模拟和实验的方法对净化厂的酸水单塔低压汽提工艺进行了研究。利用过程模拟软件Pro/Ⅱ以及现场实际生产数据建模并对酸水汽提工艺进行了模拟优化,工艺模拟优化结果表明进料温度为影响汽提效果关键因素。根据操作参数和改进的工艺流程模拟优化结果,设计了一套汽提中试装置并开展了现场实验,实验结果验证了进料温度为影响汽提效果的关键因素这一结论,同时根据实验结果确定了酸水汽提的最优工艺条件为进料温度74℃,且塔顶汽提采出量为10%。根据汽提工艺优化结果对一联合车间酸水汽提塔进行了工艺改造,改造可显著改善净化水质,使得净化水中硫化物和氨氮质量浓度分别控制在0.1 mg/L和10 mg/L以下。
Focusing on the process optimization and industrial application of the sour water stripping process in the natural gas conditioning plant of Puguang Co.,Ltd.,and with the help of Pro / II,the primary stripping process was optimized based on the simulated results and an improved process was proposed. The results based on process simulation reveal that the feed temperature is the key factor affecting the stripping efficiency. Based on the simulated optimum results,a stripper was built for the pilot plant-scale stripping experiments and the optimized operating parameters for the improved stripping process were experimentally determined. With the process optimization results obtained by simulation and pilot experiments,relating technical transformations were conducted for the existing stripping process. In the improved process,with the feed temperature and stripping rate fixed at74 ℃ and 10%,the quality of the purified water can be greatly improved with the sulfide and ammonia contents maintained at 0. 1 mg / L and 10 mg / L or less,respectively.
