银掺杂对低温烧结四元系陶瓷压电性能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 研究了微量银掺杂对多层压电陶瓷器件中使用的高性能低温烧结PMN-PNN-PZT(PMNNZT)基陶瓷压电性能的影响。结果表明:在烧结后没有产生明显的新相,少量银掺杂促进了陶瓷的烧结,增强了PMNNZT陶瓷的铁电性。对其压电性能的影响比较显著,具体表现为:微量的银掺杂增强了压电性能,但更多的银掺杂恶化了陶瓷的压电性能。该文解释为银掺杂影响了压电陶瓷材料的应变性能,从而进一步影响了压电性能。 The effect of silver doping on the piezoelectric properties of high performance lowfiring PMNPNNPZT ceramics has been studied.The results demonstrate that additon of silver to the ceramics did not result in unwanted reaction phases,and that a small quantity of silver accelerated the sinterability of the ceramics,enhanced the ferroelectric property of ceramics.Piezoelectric properties of the base composition were improved with the addition of small amount of silver,but degraded when it came to a high level.This paper presented that silver doping affected the strain properties of piezoelectric ceramics,further the piezoelectric properties.Key wrods:multilayer ceramic device;lowfiring;piezoelectric properties
