摘要
用LCR电桥、干涉法和谐振法分别测量了La3Ga5SiO14单晶的相对介电常数,压电应变常数和弹性柔顺常数。结果为:介电常数ε11=18.27,ε33=52.26;压电应变常数d11=6.3pC/N,d14=-5.4pC/N;弹性柔顺常数sE11=9.28pm2/N,sE33=6.14pm2/N,sE12=-2.72pm2/N,sE13=-2.33pm2/N,sE14=-3.48pm2/N,sE44=20.56pm2/N,sE66=24.0pm2/N。
In thispaper,the relative dielectric constants,the piezoelectric strain constants and elastic compliance constants of La3Ga5SiO14 single crystal have been determined by the LCR bridge,interferometric method and resonant method,respectivelyThe resultants obtained are:the relative constants ε11=1827,ε33=5226;the piezoelectric strain constants d11=63 pC/N,d14=-54 pC/N;the elastic compliance constants sE11=928 pm2/N,sE33=614 pm2/N,sE12=-272 pm2/N,sE13=-233 pm2/N,sE14=-348 pm2/N,sE44=2056 pm2/N,sE66=240 pm2/N.
