辽宁省农村妇幼保健工作存在的主要问题及政策思考

The primary problems exist in the country MCH in Liaoning province and thinking about its policy

对农村妇幼保健三级网资源现状和农村孕产妇、婴儿、 5岁以下儿童死亡率和出生缺陷发生率状况进行分析。指出当前农村妇幼保健工作存在经费投入不足 ;农村三级医疗保健网薄弱 ;卫生院产科质量低 ;孕产妇、婴儿死亡率下降缓慢等主要问题。

By analyzing on the actuality of three levels network of the country maternity MCH in Liaoning province, by counting the mortality of pregnant and lying in women, the mortality of infants and children under 5 years old and the prevalence rate of birth deficiency, the author put forward the following problems: (1) Funds was not too enough; (2) Three levels medical treatment and health care network was weak; (3) The quality of obstetrical department was low; (4) The decline of the mortality of pregnant and lying in women and infants were slow. And also suggested that the thinking about the policy on the country MCH work should be strengthened.
