四川省农村育龄妇女生殖道感染现况研究

Study on the epidemical actuality of women's reproductive tract infections in Sichuan province

为了解四川省农村育龄妇女生殖道感染的流行现状和影响因素 ,为预防提供依据 ,采用分层定额抽样的方法 ,抽取四川省新都县下辖的 2个乡农村育龄妇女共 15 0 0名 ,进行结构式问卷访谈、常规妇科检查和有关实验室检查 ,所得资料应用 SPSS 10 .0进行统计分析。结果 :农村育龄妇女生殖道感染患病率为 61.2 % ,生殖道感染患病率的前 4位依次为宫颈糜烂 18.3 %、宫颈肥大 14.5 %、细菌性阴道病 10 .5 %、霉菌性阴道炎 5 .8% ;经统计学分析 ,年龄、经济状况、避孕套的使用和生殖道感染知识的了解程度是生殖道感染的影响因素。提示 :四川省农村育龄妇女生殖道感染患病率较高 ,并存在多种危险因素 ;应针对重点疾病、重点人群通过健康教育普及生殖健康知识 ,提倡健康行为 ,以促进生殖健康 。

Objective: To understand the epidemical actuality and risk factors of the rural married women's reproductive tract infections (RTIs) in Sichuan province and provide basis for prevention. Method: 1 500 married women in two villages in Xindu county of Sichuan province were selected by stratified ration sampling and investigated through questionnaire, gynecological examination and laboratory tests assay. All data were analyzed using SPSS10.0 for windows. Results: The prevalence of RTIs in rural married women were 61.2%, the prevalence of former four diseases of RTIs were cervical erosion (18.3%), cervical hypertrophy (14.5%), bacterial vaginosis (10.5%), mycotic colpitis (5.8%). The statistics analysis found that age, economical status, using condom and the extent of understanding to RTIs knowledge were the risk factors of RTIs. Conclusion: The prevalence of RTIs was high among the rural married women in Sichuan province, and many risk factors existed. It is important to popularize reproductive health knowledge and advocate health behavior to focus disease and crowd with the aims that promote reproductive health and raise population diathesis.
