知识经济时代使人力资本的地位迅速上升 ,人力资源作为一种活的资源和最重要的资源日益受到人们的重视。本文对人力资源的硬功能和软功能以及人力资源软管理所依据的黄金法则作了详细的论述 ,同时对人力资源管理的职能和运作规律提出一些系统和创新的观点。
The knowledge economy age rapidly upgrades the importance of human capital, and human resources are given increasing emphasis as a live and the most important resource. This paper elaborates on the soft and hard functions of human resource s and the golden rules underlying human resource management, and puts forward so me systematic and innovative viewpoints on the functions and operating rules of human resource management.
