摘要
集群经济条件下企业技术创新 ,其特征在于 :资源共享性、互惠共生性、竞合激励性、地方结网性。其实现机制体现在五阶段的“动态循环累进过程”和基于四层次网络的两渠道区域创新环境形成方式。
The technological innovations of enterprises under clustering economies are char acterized by resource sharing, reciprocal symbiosis, competition and cooperation incentives and local networking. Its realization mechanism is embodied in the f ive stages of the 'dynamic circulative accumulation' and the two channels of for ming regional innovative environment based on the four-tier network.
