摘要
导入ERP系统决不仅仅是一种信息技术和管理软件的应用 ,其实质是对企业管理模式的再造工程 ,是企业管理的又一次革命。我国企业过去导入ERP系统鲜有成功 ,其根本原因就在于ERP内含的科学管理思想和管理模式与我国部分企业传统管理体系与落后管理思想的冲突。因此 ,我国企业要成功实施ERP系统管理 ,首先要实现企业管理观念的转变和管理体制的更新。
Introducing the ERP system is not only an application of information technology and managerial software, but also another revolution in enterprise management, t he essence of which is the reconstruction of enterprise management patterns. Few Chinese companies have succeeded in introducing the ERP system, the fundamental reason for which is the conflict between the scientific management ideologies a nd patterns inherent in the ERP and the traditional backward management system a nd ideologies in some Chinese firms. Therefore, management ideologies must be tr ansformed and management systems updated if the ERP management system is to be s uccessfully in the Chinese companies.
