阴茎深动脉彩色多普勒超声检测时血管活性药物的剂量选择 被引量：1

摘要 彩色多普勒超声(color Doppler ultrasonography,CDU)目前已广泛应用于血管性勃起功能障碍(ED)的诊断,检查前用作阴茎海绵体内注射(Intracavernosal injection ICI)的血管活性药物大多为罂粟碱和酚妥拉明,但不同剂量血管活性药物对阴茎深动脉CDU检测的结果是否有影响,目前报道尚少,本文分4组用不同的剂量分别进行CDU检测,以探讨ED患者CDU初次检测所需的最佳血管活性药物剂量,现报告如下:
