辅助生殖技术中卵巢过度刺激综合征的预见性护理

Predictable nursing measures on patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome occurred in assisted reproductive technology.

目的 探讨在辅助生殖技术中发生卵巢过度刺激综合征 (OHSS)患者的预见性护理措施。方法 分析 86个促排卵周期中 19例发生OHSS患者的干预性护理措施。结果 :19例OHSS患者中 ,12例轻度OHSS、5例中度OHSS、2例重度OHSS ,均在2 8天内康复 ,痊愈率 10 0 %。

Objective To investigate the predictable nursing measures on patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS)occurred in assisted reproduction technology.Method Varied nursing measures were analysis in 19 patients with OHSS in 86 cycles.Result All 19 cases,including 12 of mild form,5 of moderate form and 2 of severe form,were cured in 28 days.The cure rate is 100%.Conclusion Predictable nursing measure is an important factor to decrease OHSS occurrence and development.
