摘要
在滑动、无润滑的条件下,研究了AlSiCuPb合金的摩擦磨损特性,特别是抗咬合性。结果表明,磨损表面形成一层含有Al、Si、Pb、O化合物组成的反应膜,可显著地改善热挤压铸造合金的抗咬合性能;含Pb量为20%与25%的合金,其表面形成的反应膜几乎覆盖整个磨损表面时,磨损率稳定,摩擦因数出现低谷平台。因此,反应膜对提高抗咬合性具有重要作用。
The friction and wear properties of AlSiCuPb alloy under dry sliding conditions,especially anti-seizure property are studied.Results indicates that a friction reactive film composed of Al,Si,Pb,O compounds and formed on the worn surface can effectively improves the anti-seizure property of hot extruded casting alloy.For the alloy containing20wt.%or25wt.%Pb,When the reactive film almost covered entire worn surface,a steady wear rate and lower friction coefficient can be obtained.The reactive film plays an important role to improve the anti-seizure property.
