摘要
本文应用软X—射线衬比造影对建柏、马尾松、杉木和柳杉种子进行发芽率测定,根据衬比剂渗透量、胚和胚乳等在X光胶片上的成像特征和定位发芽(对照)的比较研究结果制定判别等级。建柏种子分为10级,马尾松9级,杉木11级,柳杉10级。并按上述分级标准判读出每个树种不同产地种子各等级粒数,用统计分析方法确定判别有无发芽能力等级。结果表明Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ级为有发芽能力,Ⅳ,级以后为无发芽能力。再经回归分析,建立校正模型,计算出准确的发芽率。
In this paper, the contrast photography of Fokienia-hodginsii, Mas-son pine, Chinese fir and Japanese cedar seeds have been made. The differentiating classes were formulated on the basis of the result of the study of the image character of contrast drug's permeation amount, embryo and endosperm on the x-ray film in comparison with the fixed position germination.Fokienia-hodginsii, Masson pine, Chinese fir and Japanese cedar were respectively determined as 10, 9, 11 and 10 classes, and the various classes quantity and loc-ality of every tree species were differentiated out . The germinative ability classes were determined by applying statistical analysis,with the result showing that the tree seeds of classes Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ had germinative ability. In the end, the rectification models were established through regressive analysis . And the accuracy germination rate of various tree seeds could then be figured out by applying these models.
