摘要
根据森林数量遗传学原理,采用主成分分析和层次分析,进行杉木多性状多层次联合选择,从14年生的单亲子代测定林中选出10棵速生性优异的单株,平均树高遗传增益为2.33%,胸径为14.44%,材积为50.69%。其中6株家系丰产性优良,家系内单株生长亦好的,可供第二代改良材料,其余4株非加性效应明显的,采用促萌,建立采穗圃,走无性繁殖的道路加以利用。杉木单亲家系——单株二层次变异较大,通过选择利用能够取得明显的效果。
Based on the principle of forestry quantitative genetics and by means of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the principal component analysis (PCA), the combined selection of multicharacter and polystage in Cunninghamia Lanceolate Hook has been made on the height (H), the diameter at breast-hei-ght(D) and the volume(V).The result shows that a great variation exists in the growth character of H, D and V between the families and the individual trees within family of Chinese fir, that selection from them can produce large gene-tic gain, and that from 14-year half sib progeny test stand, 10 excellent trees have been selected and they have the genetic gain of 7.33% in H, 14.44% in D, and 50.69% in V as compared with CK, of which 6 trees, both they themselves and their family that grow fast, can be used for the advanced-generation seed orvhard, of which 4 trees with nongenetic effects can be used for the nu-rsery sction and asexual reproduction.
