摘要
用喷雾接种法在苗期对969份水稻品种(系)进行细菌性条斑病(Xanthomonascampestris pv.oryzicola)的人工抗性鉴定.在这些供测品种中,抗性品种占14.55%。中抗品种占55.83%,中感品种占18.99%,感性品种占10.63%.但是,抗性品种的比例因品种的育成方法、稻型和品种来源而异.当前我省主栽品种大多属感性品种.试验中发现 ACC8558和ACC8518是对稻细菌性条斑病具有广谱性的高抗品种,可利用其作为抗病育种的亲本.
Samples of 969 rice varieties resistant to bacterial leaf streak(Xanthomonas campestris pv.oryzicola)were identified by spray inoculation during maximam tillering stage. Among those varieties or lines,there existes 14.55% resistant varieties,55.83% moderately resistant varieties,18.99% moderately susceptible varieties and 10.63% susceptible varieties. However,amounts of resistant varieties vary with methods of breeding,rice types and varie- ties source.At present,the staple cultivars were all susceptible in Fujian Province.Varieties Acc 8558 and Acc 8518 possessed high and wide spectrum resistance.They were suggested as parents in breeding against disease of bacterial leaf streak.
