摘要
对福建主栽的5个香蕉品种和当地的2个野生蕉类型进行过氧化物酶同工酶的分析,结果表明,香蕉不同品种类型间过氧化物酶同工酶的酶带数目、活性以及酶谱组合形式存在差异,并与生长强度、抗性等性状之间存在一定联系.通过过氧化物酶同工酶的分析,可为研究香蕉的起源进化与分类提供依据,亦可作为突变体筛选的一项技术指标.
The analysis of peroxidasc isozyme were carried out in five banana cultivars and two wild forms. Results shown that the different cultivars and forms of banana were different in zonal number, active intensity and pattern of peroxidase isozyme, and which had relations with the intensity of growth, resistanse etc. The analysis of peroxidase isozyme can provide scientific basis for origin study and classification of banana. It may be used as one of technical index for selecting mutation.
