Basketball new regulations requires the penalty to be more accurate and fair in order to make the basketball matches more exciting and attacting. In basketball matches,there are frequently body contacts of the players of the two sides. Some contacts are penalized while some are considered to be parts of the matches and are not penalized. The same contacts can be penalized sometimes while not at other times.
