以教练员为中心,分析教练员目前科学文化素质的现状,分析认为,教练员普遍文化素质不高已制约了中国竞技体育向更高层次上发展。研究教练员职前培训与职后继续教育过程中的不足,寻找有效提高教练员科学文化素质的对策。

The poor academic foundation of some of the coaches has lagged the Chinese competitive sports behind. This article analyzes the present condition of the academic foundation of the coaches in order to find out deficiency of the education before and after their graduation from schools. It is hoped that countermeasures to promote the coaches scientific and academic foundation can be found.
