采用综合性研究方法,对CBA联赛中"亚身高"队员的作用进行了探讨与分析。从速度上来讲,"亚身高"队员在比赛中能够加快攻守转换的速度与节奏,增加比赛的连续性,增强比赛的观赏性;从高度上来讲,他们是内线高度的替补力量,可以协助内线占领制空权,增加空中优势,完成空中对抗;从阵地进攻上讲,他们是高大队员与"小个"队员联系的桥梁;从防守上讲,他们是全队防守战术变化的重要因素。

Rational considerations were given to functions of 'subheight' players in CBA with an adoption of synthetic analysis. In view of speed,'subheight' players can quicken the speed and rhythm of attacks and coverage and make the matches more continuous and entertaining. As to height,they are the alternatives of the attackers. And they can help the attackers in airdomination,reinforce the superiority in the air and finish the air antagonism. As far as attacks are concerned,they are the bridges between the tall and the short players. With regard to defences,they are dominant in the strategic changes.
