摘要
讨论了运动训练影响下身体机构与机能的破坏与重建过程,以及身体机能对长期运动训练所发生的适应性变化过程,从而揭示运动训练的实质。探讨身体机能对训练课的基本反应规律以及在长期训练影响下训练效果的累积规律,分析了训练负荷安排不当对训练效果的不良影响。
This paper tries to discuss the destroyed and reconstructed process of body structure and function induced by workouts,to discuss the adaptive process of body function induced by longterm athletic training and to reveal the physiological nature of athletic training,and to discuss the basic responsive characteristics of body during a workout and accumulative characteristics of training effects during the longterm training process. And some examples are given to show unexpected responses and adaptations from the unsuitable training arrangements.
