摘要
本文介绍了 2 0 0 0年春在培勒 (Baylor)医学院进行的一次以内科住院医师午间小讲课为主要内容的团队学习现场试验。通过对团队学习方法的应用 ,作者指出“团队学习”可能是医学教育中一种新的有用的教学工具。
This article describe a field trial of team learning in the setting of an internal medicine residency noontime lecture in the spring of 2000 at Baylor College of Medicine.The authors describe their adaptation of the team learning approach and conclude that team learning may be a useful new pedagogic tool for medical education.
