The Goal Value of Innovative Education and its Tactics in Practice

创新教育要把培养人的创造性与促进人的社会化有机统一起来 ,确立“创造奉献、与时俱进”的价值目标 ,片面强调满足个体创造性的需要而忽视人的社会化和奉献精神是不正确的。要实现“创造奉献 ,与时俱进”的价值目标 ,必须采取理想信念策略、健全人格策略、持续发展策略和教学革新策略。

Innovative education is a kind of education based upon the traditional legacy,aiming at the development,orienting to the cultivation of people's innovative spirit or ability in practice and innovative personality,directing at the training of innovative talents.The innovative education intends to identify organically the training of people's innovation with the promotion of their socialization,set up the goal value of inventive devotion and simultaneous progress with the time and overcome the miscomprehension that the one-sided emphasis on meeting the individual demands of innovation ignores people's socialization and devoted spirit.To realize the goal value of invention devotion and simultaneous progress with the time,we must adopt the tactics of ideology about ideals,sound personality,sustained development and teaching innovation.$$$$
