The Microcomputer Control of Measure-Mixture System in a "One Scale for One Burden" Feed Plant

国内中型的一料一秤制饲料加工厂,多采用普通磅秤进行计量,而用继电逻辑电路对计量混合系统实现自动控制,本研究对原有普通磅秤进行改装,配制一台微机控制仪,代替原来的控制台,实现对计量混合系统的微机自动控制;既充分利用原有设备,又提高计量精度和工作可靠性,本文系统介绍计量混合设备及其工艺过程和微机控制的硬件和软件设计,同时比较了普通逻辑电路控制和微机控制系统的优缺点。

In the medium 'one scale for one burden' feed plant ordinary scales are applied and logic relay circuit are used to complete auto-matically control.In our research a microcomputer is used to replace original controling table.After reassembling original scales the measure system and mixture system are automatically controlled by a microcomputer.In this way not only original machinery is fully utilized but also the measure precision and operation dependability arise.In this paper the measure machinery, mixture machinery, technological process and design of microcomputer control are introduced systematically.Meanwhile the virtues and defects of microcomputer control system are compared with those of ordinary logic circuit control.
