(木奈)果的贮藏保鲜与采后生理变化研究 被引量:8

摘要 本试验连续5年对(木奈)果实贮藏保鲜方法及采后生理进行试验研究.结果表明:(木奈)果实呼吸漂移属跃变型,具有两个跃变高峰.贮藏用果的耐贮性与采收成熟度关系密切.花(木奈)以果面着色不及1/2,油(木奈)、青(木奈)以青绿至黄绿色时采收有利于贮藏.在0、5、10℃及室温条件下贮藏,以0-5℃低温贮藏效果最佳,经30-53 d好果率达96.52%-100%,有效地延长了贮藏寿命.低温结合MA贮藏效果最佳。经30-53 d好果率达100%,并有效地保持果实原有的颜色、硬度、品质与风味.低温与MA贮藏之间存在互作. Since Nane fruit harvest in sweltering summer heat and has thin—skin and juicy, its storage life is quite short under ambient temperature.The results of the experiment on the method of Nane's fruit storage and its postharvest physiol.o'gy for five years show that the respiratory drift of Nane's fruits belongs to climateric type, having double climateric pecks.There exists the close relationship between the storability of Nane's fruits and their harvest maturity.It is suitable for storage that the surface of Red Nane fruit colors less than half and that Oil Nane or Green Nane is green or yellew—green.The experiments of Nane's fruit storage under the condition of 0, 5, 10℃ and the room temperature show that the result of storage in 0 to 5℃ is the best and its rate of good fruits has been 94%—100% for 30—53 days, which can prolong fruit storage life.The effect of storagge for 30-53 days is the best and its rate of good fruits is 100%, which efficiently keeps fruit fresh, hardness, quality and taste in the experiment of suitable low temperature and MA storage.Which shows that there is an interaction between storage temperature and MA storage.
