The Effect of Cold-Drawing Process on the Structure and Capability of Superalloy

通过在20吨冷拔机上进行的多道次和不同变形量的冷拔试验,对GH2036、GH605和GH738等高温合金冷拔前后的合金硬度、晶粒组织、持久性能等变化进行研究,确定了高温合金冷拔过程中金属的流动规律、组织和性能变化等重要规律;这些规律对高温合金冷拔材的生产、质量问题的分析有一定的参考价值。

Through the cold-drawing experimentation of many times and different distortion quantity on the 20 ton hard-drawn machine, researching on the change of rigidity,grain and long haul of cold-drawing GH2036, GH605 and GH738, confirming the metal flow rule, rule of the grain structure change. Those rules have some consult value to the cold-drawing production and the analysis of quality problem.
