镍基耐蚀合金电渣扁锭工艺研究与实践

摘要 宝钢从美国引进了电渣扁锭冶炼装备,扁锭截面是长方形的,与传统的圆形和正方形在冷却和冶炼控制上有很大的区别,国内在这一领域的研究还不是很深入。本文介绍了宝钢镍基耐蚀合金电渣扁锭产品开发的过程,详细分析了电渣扁锭的低倍、高倍组织特点,成分控制,表面质量以及电渣扁锭轧制的成品板的组织与性能情况。通过耐蚀合金电渣扁锭工艺研究,掌握了电渣扁锭的关键生产工艺,开发出满足标准要求的中板产品。 Baosteel imported the equipment of ESR slab from USA for developing plate& strip of nickel base corrosion resistant alloy. Because the cross section of ESR slab is rectangle, the remelting and cooling controlling parameters are big difference with round ingot or square ingot, In china, studing on ESR slab remelting field is still not very deep. This paper introduce the process on developing ESR slab for nickel base corrosion resistant alloys in baosteel, and detailed analysis the feature of the macrostructure and microstructure, the composition controlling, surface quality of the ESR slab. After rolled into the plates, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the plate also be studied. By the research on the ESR slab, baosteel has masteried the key controlling technical,and produced the products of plate.
