叶片用YZGH2132合金棒材工艺研究与控制

Research and Control of Manufacturing Process for YZGH2132 Alloy Bars Used for Vanes

摘要 研究了某新型航空发动机压气机叶片用YZGH2132合金棒材生产工艺对材料组织与性能的影响。结果表明,采用真空双联工艺,可有效地降低合金的杂质元素含量和夹杂物数量,获得纯度高、成分均匀的合金锭。通过优化热轧工艺,可获得组织均匀细小、拉伸性能和持久性能优异的叶片用YZGH2132合金热轧棒材。 The effects of manufacturing process on the microstructures of YZGH2132 alloy bars used for new type compressor vanes were investigated in this paper. The results indicate that the YZGH2132 ingots with high purity and homogeneous composition were remelted by dual vacuum remelting process. The hot rolling bars were obtained by the optimizing of hot rolling process, which have fine and uniform microstructures, excellent tensile properties and outstanding stress-rupture properties.
