摘要
通过选择不同的渣系组元配比,摸索不同渣系对GH2150合金电渣重熔的影响。利用合金成分、性能及钢锭表面等考核指标,选定Ca F2:Al2O3:Mg O=70%:20%:10%渣系进行电渣重熔,可以得到良好的钢锭表面并明显改善合金的高温持久性能。
Effect of slag system on ESR quality of GH150 alloy is studied, through out changing different slag system matching in this paper. The slag system such as Ca F2 :Al2O3 :Mg O = 70%:20%:10%is selected that using chemical compositions, mechanical properties and ingots' surface of the alloy. The results show that in this way, the surface of ingot and high temperature creep rupture strength get better.
