摘要
介绍了GH2328合金的氧化、腐蚀和摩擦性能。GH2328合金500℃与600℃氧化动力学分别遵循两阶段和单阶段对数规律。在一系列腐蚀介质中,GH2328合金抗腐蚀性能优于9Cr18合金。在高载荷和高转速条件下,GH2328合金耐磨性能高于9Cr18合金。
In this paper, Oxidation, corrosion and friction behaviors of alloy GH2328 were investigated. The results showed that the oxidation kinetics of alloy GH2328 at 500 ℃ and 600 ℃ obeyed the two-stage and one-stage logarithmic law respectively. It was found that alloy GH2328 had better corrosion resistance than alloy 9Cr18 in several corrosion mediums,similar to the working circumstances of the components. It also testified that alloy GH2328 had better friction resistance than alloy 9Cr18 in the severe tests at high loading and rotating speed.
