摘要
GH2696合金是一种以Fe-25Ni-12Cr为基体的时效强化型高温合金。其特点是在650℃以下具有高的屈服强度和持久、蠕变强度,以及良好的高温弹性性能、加工塑性和组织稳定性。该合金的应用较广,适合于制造在650℃以下长期工作的涡轮和压气机紧固件、工作叶片和涡轮壳体环形零件等。本文主要研究了二次时效热处理对GH2696合金室温拉伸性能、室温硬度、冲击韧性、650℃的持久性能等机械性能的影响,并利用激光共聚焦显微镜观察合金显微组织的变化,对影响机理进行简要分析。
GH2696 alloy is an age hardening type of super alloy based on iron, twenty five percent nickel and twelve chromium. It makes a feature of high yield strength, creep strength good elasticity at high temperature and excellent structure stability up to 650℃.GH2696 alloy has been widely used, it can be used to make the turbines, the Compressor fasteners, the compressor blade and the ring part of turbine shell in aerospace field. The effect of secondary age treatment on mechanical properties such as room temperature tensile properties, room temperature hardness, impact toughness and stress rupture property at 650 ℃ was studied in this paper. Using the laser scanning confocal microscope observe the change of microstructure of this alloy and analyzed the mechanism briefly.
