GH4105合金冷拉棒材热处理开裂问题的失效分析

摘要 通过对GH4105合金冷拉棒材组织分析,力学性能试验,拉伸断口分析以及残余应力测试等方法,摸索出合金冷拉棒材热处理开裂原因:即棒材次表面存在的残余应力集中和细小缺陷,会在热处理过程中的热应力和残余应力作用下迅速向内扩展从而导致开裂。在此基础上提出合理可行的解决途径:即把冷拉棒表面碎晶层以及残余应力集中层有效去除。试验结果表明,热处理后合金棒材表面状态良好,未见宏观裂纹和开裂产生,棒材性能满足了零部件制造的技术要求。 By means of microstructure, properties, fracture and residual stress analysis, the main reason for the cracking during heat-treatment was investigated which are stress concentration and trivial defeat under the surface of the bar. Therefore, when these factors mentioned above was removed, the surface quality and main property of the cold-drawn bar were up to standard during heat-treatment.
