GH4133B合金长期时效处理后组织与力学性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对GH4133B合金开展了长期时效组织稳定性的试验与研究,采用金相、扫描电镜等手段测试了合金高低倍组织及典型析出相的溶解与析出规律,并进行了不同长期时效状态下合金瞬时拉伸性能的测试。结果表明,800℃长期时效500h后会对合金产生较大影响,导致综合性能下降显著。因此,证明合金的最高长期使用温度应不超过800℃为宜,并为该合金制造的叶片等热端部件的使用性能提供数据参考。 By means of microstructure analysis and properties testing, the stability of superalloy GH4133 B has been researched after long-term aging. Results of the investigation above proved that when aging time exceed 500 hours on temperature of 800℃, the stability of microstructure and properties has been damaged. Therefore, the experimental results explain that the highest service temperature of GH4133 B can not exceed 800℃, and it offer data reference for the further application of this alloy.
