GH4169合金铸锭开坯过程的热力耦合有限元模拟

摘要 针对GH4169合金工业铸锭开坯过程提出了先镦粗后拔长的工艺,并运用弹塑性有限元法建立了三维热力耦合模型,分析了不同火次、不同变形量时锻件中的温度场、应变场,并预测了缺陷部位。模拟研究结果表明,先镦粗后拔长的开坯工艺用四火可以完成,其第一火先镦粗,第二到第四火拔长。采用这种开坯工艺,能够有效扩大锭坯的均匀变形区,有利于提高合金组织的整体均匀性。 The forging process of GH4169 ingot was investigated using three dimensional thermal-mechanical coupled simulation based on finite element method. The forging process was optimized on the bases of deformation and strain analysis after the simulation under deformation condition. The results show that the four-step forging can enlarge the strain homogeneity of forged pancake and the damage is the lowest. Forging experiment was employed based on the prediction to verify those conclusions of the simulation work. Assuredly, the homogeneity of pancake was raised and it had a fine grained microstructure.
