摘要
通过对真空感应熔炼脱硫工艺的研究,采用Ca O粉末前期脱硫,J-Ca后期脱硫的联合脱硫工艺,使涡轮盘用GH4169合金S含量降到0.0018%的较低水平,能满足S含量≤0.002%的要求,生产出合格的涡轮盘用GH4169合金。
By studying the desulphurization process in vacuum induction melting, the integration of first stage-desulphurization by Ca O Powder and second stage-desulphurization by J-Ca was adopted, The S Content of GH4169 alloy for turbine disk was reduced to 0.0018℅, which could meet the requirement of the S content is below 0.002℅, so the qualified GH4169 alloy for turbine disk was produced
