轧制工艺对GH4169合金中小尺寸棒材组织和持久性能的影响

摘要 针对GH4169合金中小圆轧制棒材边缘存在扁长晶及因δ相形貌、分布不合格造成缺口持久敏感问题进行了深入的研究。研究结果表明:通过合理轧制工艺的控制,采用双排横列式轧机一火次轧制出边缘到中心均匀的组织,晶粒度细于7级,无缺口持久敏感的合格GH4169合金棒材。 The problem of nonrecrystalized grain existing at the edge of GH4169 small round bars, as well as the unusual shape and distribution of δ phase which caused the sensitivity of notched stress rupture property was investigated in this paper. Test results show that the qualified GH4169 whose grain size is better than grade 7 and free from notch sensitivity was rolled successfully by adopting reasonable rolling process(control heating temperature and deformation degree) and by one heat rolling with double-row open-train mill.
