摘要 针对R-26合金在电渣重熔时Ti烧损严重和重熔各时期Ti烧损不均匀的问题,进行相关电渣试验,分析Ti烧损原理,提出相应解决措施。母材电极棒Ti含量控制在3.00%~3.10%范围内,有利于电渣重熔Ti含量控制在2.5%~3.0%;采用Ca F2、Al2O3、Mg O和Ti O2组成的四元渣系进行电渣重熔优于传统的二元渣系,Ti的烧损量降低,头尾偏差小;在四元渣系基础上,根据母材电极棒的Ti含量,采取在渣中补加适量Ti O2粉,电极棒均匀加入适量Al粉的办法可更好的控制Ti的烧损,头尾偏差可控制在0.15%范围内。 During electroslag remelting of R-26, the burning loss of Ti was very serious and the loss was not uniform in different phases. In order to solve the above mentioned problems, the electroslag remelting test was carried out and the principle for Ti burning loss was analyzed, so the corresponding solution measures were found out. When the Ti content in base material of the electrode is in the range of 3.00~3.10%, it could limited the Ti content in electroslag remelting to the range of 2.5~3.0%; if quaternary slag system of Ca F2,Al2O3,Mg O and Ti O2 was adopted instead of traditional binary slag system, the buring loss of Ti decreased and the Ti content at top and end is almost equal. On the basis of the quaternary slag system, appropriate content of Ti O2 powder was added into slag and Al powder into elctrode according to the Ti content in base material of electrode, so the burning loss could be controled better and the deviation of Ti content at the top and end was within the limits of 0.15%.
