Monel K-500合金冷拔材变形量及时效温度对性能的影响

Effect of Deformation Extent and Aging Temperature on the Property of Monel K500 Alloy Cold-Drawn Bar

摘要 Monel K-500合金是在Monel400合金基础上发展起来的沉淀强化型镍铜基合金,本文系统研究了Monel K-500合金冷拔材变形工艺及时效制度对性能的影响规律,通过试验表明,在冷拔变形量为20%~25%时,经过560℃~520℃时效处理,合金综合性能最好,同时随变形量的增大,合金最佳时效温度随之下降。 Monel K-500 alloy is precipitating and strengthening type nickel and copper base alloy, which is developed from Monel 400 alloy. The paper studied the effect of deformation extent and aging temperature on the property of Monel K500 alloy cold-drawn bar. The test result showed that the alloy could get the best strength and plasticity at the deformation extent of 20% to 50%. Throughout the experiments, aging temperature scope of the alloy was 560℃to 520℃, meanwhile, the optimum aging temperature lowered as the deformation extent increased.
