镍基耐蚀合金C-276时效过程相析出规律研究 被引量:10

摘要 针对3种以C-276合金标准成分为基础改变主要合金元素W和Y而设计的耐蚀合金,进行长期时效实验,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射分析(XRD)研究W和Y元素对合金相析出规律的影响。结果表明:合金的主要析出相为M6C碳化物和μ相;W含量增加会提高μ相的析出量和析出温度,W也会提高M6C的析出量;稀土元素Y对μ相和碳化物的析出都有较好的抑制作用。 There investigated alloys were designed based on the composition of C-276 with variation of alloying elements content of W and Y. Effects of elements on phase precipitating behavior of this alloy were studied by SEM and XRD microstructure analysis after aging experiments. The results show that the main precipitation of the alloy are M6 C carbide and μ phase. The amount and precipitation temperature of μ phase precipitation increase with the increasing of W content, and the amount of M6 C carbide also increase. Rare earth element Y has a better inhibitory effect on the precipitation of μ phase and carbide.
