摘要
研究了常用5种耐热钢耐高温二氧化硫气体腐蚀性能,分析了二氧化硫气体对5种耐热材料的腐蚀作用。研究了5种材料的耐二氧化硫腐蚀动力学曲线,对5种材料的二氧化硫腐蚀性能进行了分析,认为5种材料的耐低浓度二氧化硫腐蚀能力都良好,而在高浓度二氧化硫气体环境中,2848钢的耐腐蚀性较差,不适合使用。
This paper focused on anti-corrosion performance of five common refractory steel in high temperature sulfur dioxide gas. Corrosion kinetics curves of five materials in sulfur dioxide gas were studied and their anti-corrosion performance in sulfur dioxide gas was analyzed. The results showed that anti-corrosion performance of five materials in low concentration sulfur dioxide gas was all right. While anti-corrosion performance of 2848 steel in high concentration sulfur dioxide gas was poor. As a result 2848 steel is not suitable for use.
