摘要
测试了DD407单晶高温合金在980℃/260MPa的持久条件下,在[001]取向附近25°以内、以及沿[011]和[111]取向加载的持久性能,结果表明在[111]取向上持久寿命最高,在[001]和[011]取向上持久寿命相近,在[001]取向附近,持久寿命对取向偏离不敏感。对合金断口形貌的SEM观察分析认为合金的断裂起源于内部显微孔洞。
The stress rupture properties of single crystal superalloy DD407 with crystal orientations at [011], [111] and within 25° of [001] were tested at the condition of 980℃and 260 MPa. The results showed that the rupture life at [111] was the longest, while the rupture life at [001] was almost identical with that at [011], the rupture life near [001] was not sensitive to crystal orientations. It was concluded that the rupture cracks originate from the microscopic porosities in the alloy by the analysis of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observation at fracture faces.
