Hot Corrosion Behavior of Ni-base Directionally Solidified DZ792 Superalloy at 900℃

摘要 研究了定向凝固DZ792镍基高温合金涂覆75%Na2SO4+25%Na Cl盐膜在900℃静态空气中的热腐蚀行为。结果表明,试验条件下合金的热腐蚀动力学遵循两阶段抛物线规律。合金腐蚀区分为内腐蚀区与外腐蚀区,内腐蚀区有内硫化物和内氧化物颗粒生成,外腐蚀区为多层氧化膜。在热腐蚀过程中外侧富Cr、Ti的氧化层在盐膜作用下发生溶解-再沉积,而内侧富Al氧化层的稳定生长能够抑制热腐蚀反应。 Hot corrosion behavior of nickel-base directionally solidified DZ792 superalloy in the presence of 75%Na2SO4+25%Na Cl salt film in air at 900℃ was studied. The results showed that the kinetics curve of hot corrosion followed piecewise parabolic law. The corrosion region of the alloy can be divided into two regions, internal corrosion region and external corrosion region. Internal corrosion region was characterized by the formation of internal sulfides and internal oxides, external corrosion region was a multilayer oxide film. In the hot corrosion process,(Cr, Ti)-rich outer oxide film dissolved and redeposited in the salt film, the stable growth of Al-rich inner oxide film inhibited the hot corrosion of alloy.
