摘要
通过分析铸态、固溶态、一次时效热处理态及标准热处理态四种热处理状态下试样的组织和性能,研究了热处理对一种含3wt%Re定向镍基高温合金的显微组织和980℃/200MPa持久寿命的影响。结果表明:经标准热处理后合金中的骨架状碳化物数量减少,均匀性提高,枝晶间有细小碳化物析出;共晶数量减少;γ'相尺寸明显增大,形状由不规则转变为立方形;持久寿命提高。
In this paper, effect of heat treatment-(cast, solid-solution treatment, aging treatment and standard heat treatment) on microstructure and stress-rupture life of superalloy with 3wt% Re were studied. Results showed that: Volume fraction of skeleton-like carbides decreased after heat treatment, and fine carbides were found to precipitate in the interdendritic area. The volume fraction of eutectic decreased. Irregular γ' precipitates in the as-cast specimens became cubic, and the size of γ' precipitates increased after the heat treatment. Stress-rupture life of the alloy increased by the heat treatment.
