摘要
利用有限元技术模拟了R0110重型燃机I级涡轮叶片定向凝固铸造过程,计算了定拉速和变拉速定向凝固工艺过程的凝固参数。模拟结果表明,在设备和冷却条件相同的情况下,距离结晶器越远,温度梯度G值越小;拉速减小,温度梯度G值有所增加。由于截面形状影响,橼板处G值较小。在橼板凝固时,适当降低拉速可有效提高橼板处的G和G/V值。结合模拟计算结果,开展了I级涡轮叶片定向凝固工艺研究,制备出柱晶组织形态良好的定向凝固叶片。
Directional solidification process of R0110 IGT first stage blade was simulated by FEM method. Solidification parameters of DS process with fixed and variable withdraw rate was calculated. Results show that, under the same equipment and cooling condition, with distance to cooling plate or withdraw rate increasing, G value decreases. Because of equivalent diameter increases, G value of brim decrease. Reducing withdraw rate when melt in brim solidifying, G value will increase effectively. Combined with the simulation results, DS process of first stage blade was studied and DS blade with columnar grain were produced.
