Ta对铸造镍基高温合金氧化行为的影响 被引量:7

Influence of Ta Addition on the Oxidation Behavior of a Directionally Solidified Nickel Base Superalloy

摘要 通过XRD,EDS,SEM等手段研究了不同Ta含量的铸造镍基定向高温合金在1000℃条件下的氧化行为。结果表明Ta含量增加,合金的氧化性能得到一定改善,氧化动力学曲线始终保持抛物线规律;在氧化相同时间后,不同Ta含量的合金氧化产物基本相同,主要为(Cr/Ti)Ta O4、Cr2O3、Ti O2、(Ni/Co)Cr2O4和Al2O3。分析认为,Ta含量增加,(Cr/Ti)Ta O4的生成量增加且分布更加连续致密,这在一定程度上提高了合金的抗氧化性能。 The oxidation behavior of a directionally solidified nickel base superalloy with different Ta addition was studied at 1000 oC. It was observed that the oxidation resistance was improved by increasing of Ta content. The different oxidation behaviors were discussed based on the characterization of oxidation products.
