长时效后FGH4097合金的组织稳定性与力学性能 被引量:1

Effect of Long-Term Aging on Microstructure Stability and Mechanical Property in FGH4097 PM Super Alloy

摘要 研究了FGH4097合金在550℃、650℃、750℃温度下5000h长时效过程中的显微组织变化和力学性能变化。结果表明:在550℃和650℃时效温度下的5000h时效过程中FGH4097合金的组织和力学性能稳定;在750℃时效过程中,1000h时效以前的合金组织和力学性能稳定,2000h时效以后,合金开始析出μ相,三次γ′发生了较明显的粗化,合金的室温冲击韧性明显下降。在长时效过程中,合金的复合持久性能和时效前相当。 Microstructure and mechanical properties of FGH4097 PM superalloy after long-term aging are studied. The results showed that microstructure and mechanical properties maintained stable for 5000 hours aging at 550℃ and 650℃. Microstructure and mechanical properties maintained stable for 1000 hours aging at 750℃. After 2000 hours or longer time aging at 750℃,TCP phases such as μphase precipitated, tertiary γ′ coarsened and impact ductility deteriorated. Stress Rupture properties of combination smooth-notch specimen maintain stable during long term aging process.
