异种镍基高温合金热等静压扩散连接性研究 被引量:4

Feasibility Study of Diffusion Bonding Dissimilar Ni-based Superalloys by HIP

摘要 研究了粉末冶金高温合金FGH4091与铸造高温合金K418B直接进行热等静压扩散连接的可行性,利用扫描电镜和电子探针显微分析仪分析了固-固和粉-固扩散偶连接接头的组织。结果表明,FGH4091与K418B合金具有较好的物理、化学性能相容性,适于直接扩散连接;扩散连接接头紧密完整、无夹杂物和连续的第二相析出物,扩散区宽度约100μm;合金元素的扩散常数不同,导致Co、Ni、Al、Cr、Ti、Nb、Mo的扩散效果逐渐减弱。 Diffusion bonding of PM superalloy FGH4091 and cast superalloy K418 B by hot isostatic pressing(HIP) was studied to assess its feasibility. Microstructures of joint in powder-solid and solid-solid diffusion couples were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and electron probe micro-analyzer(EPMA). The results show that the compatibility of FGH4091 and K418 B in physical and chemical properties is excellent, they are suitable to direct diffusion bonding. And the joint is integral without any defects, such as inclusions and continuous distribution of the second precipitates. The width of diffusion zone is about 100 micrometers. The diffusion of elements Co, Ni, Al, Cr, Ti, Nb, Mo is gradually weakened, which is caused by their vary diffusion constants.
