对我国大宗含氯中间体的发展、开发与生产情况进行了论述,提出了大宗含氯中间体的发展重点;介绍了15类需要发展的含氯中间体;并对我国含氯中间体的开发途径、耗氯化氢产品的开发以及含氟的耗氯中间体的研究和开发提出了建议。

The development and production status of quantity domestic chlorine - containing intermediates has been discussed, as well as the development focus of the quantity chlorine - containing intermediates and 15 kinds of chlorine -containing intermediates with development demands has also been introduced. Some proposals on research and development of domestic chlorine - containing intermediate, hydrogen chloride - consumptive produets and fluorine - containing & chlorine - consumptive intermediates has been put forward.
