摘要
通过比较我国甲基氯硅烷生产的技术水平与国际先进水平的差距 ,从氯甲烷和硅粉的制备及质量、铜催化剂与触体配方、工艺流程与工艺装备、工艺过程与工艺条件、单体精馏与富余单体利用、三废治理 7个方面提出了如何提高我国甲基氯硅烷生产技术水平的建议。
The gap of technology level of methyl chlorosilane production between China and other advanced countries was compared. Aspects on the preparation and quality of methyl chloride and silicon powder,copper catalyzer and contact mass formulation,technological process and facility,technological flow and conditions,monomer rectify and excessive monomer utilization,disposal of waste gas,water and solids,and the proposals on improving the level of methyl chlorosilane production in China were presented.
