摘要 详细考查了引发剂、链转移剂对丙烯酸聚合物制备过程及性能的影响;采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和均匀设计实验法对影响聚合物分子质量和分子质量分布的主要因素进行了研究。在此基础上合成了性能符合要求的高固体分羟基丙烯酸聚合物。 In this paper,the effects of initiators and chain transferring agent on the preparing process and the final properties of high-solid thermosetting acrylic polymers were studied in detail.Uniform design and gel penetrating chromatogram(GPC)were used to investigate the main factors which had influence upon molecular weight and its distribution of acrylic resins.On the basis of these mentioned above,a high-solid hydroxyl acrylic polymer with required performance were prepared.
