This paper describes in detail the development of a graphic library for FORTRAN language. This graphic library has functions to draw curves and surfaces. It also has functions to perform graphic transformations. We have used it to draw about twenty kinds of basic curves and surfaces in mathematics and physics, and got satisfactory results. It is significant to theoretical analysis and practical problem solving in physics.
