摘要
研究了搅拌强度对稻壳制备优质白炭黑结构的影响。实验采用两步反应器分别探讨了搅拌桨结构和一、二步反应器搅拌桨的不同转速对白炭黑吸油值和表观密度的影响。结果表明 ,搅拌强度是影响白炭黑质量的主要因素之一 ;当采用片状搅拌桨结构时 ,一步、二步反应器的适宜搅拌速度分别为 5 0 0r/min和 2 5 0r/min。
The effect of stirring intensity on the structure of white carbon made from rice husk is investigated.The test is adopted in the two-step reactor with different stirrer paddle and rate of agitation,and the experiment results indicate that the stirring intensity is one of the important factors affecting quality of white carbon,and the optimal rate of agitation of the first and second step are 500 r/min and 250 r/min respectively.
